Based in Beijing, Olivier Dombey is Pegasus Regional Vice President Asia Pacific. In this role, Olivier is responsible for growing the company’s presence and capitalizing on opportunities across the Asia Pacific region. As such, Olivier is responsible for the development of all of Pegasus hotel representation product and service lines, supply and demand, joint venture and partnership development; he manages a team spread across four offices in Beijing, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo.

Olivier brings 18 years of international sales and marketing experience to his current role. Before joining Pegasus, Olivier held senior-level marketing positions at companies including Beijing Ou Yang Business Consulting Ltd., a travel distribution, channel marketing revenue management and technology business consultancy; Partners in Marketing, an international business consulting firm for travel, distribution strategy, e-business and channel marketing; the Seychelles Marketing Tourist Board; Galileo International, a leading travel software and network system supplier; and Transport Development Group (TDG), the second largest international distribution and logistics operator in the world.  

Olivier is currently a member of the HEDNA board to represent the hospitality industry voice in Asia Pacific (Hotel Electronic Distribution Network Association [www.hedna.org]). Olivier is also past Chairman of Chartered Institute of Marketing Travel Industry Group (CIMtIG, www.cimtig.org), the UK’s largest cross-sector travel industry association. For four years, Olivier was an Editorial Board Member of the Journal Vacation Marketing (www.henrystewart.com). Olivier is also the Author of numerous industry articles and research papers, he is a regular speaker and moderator at conferences, seminars and training courses, and he is listed in the 2000 edition of International Who’s Who of Professionals (internationalwhoswho.com).

Olivier holds a B.A. (Hons) in Business Administration from London Middlesex University and a B.A. Business Administration from the renowned French Ecole Supérieure de Commerce Reims. Olivier also holds the prestigious Diploma CIM of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, and he is an official Chartered Marketer recognized by the British Crown.
