In a keynote speech,
Professor Wolfgang Arlt who heads the China Outbound Tourism
Research Institute in Germany will analyse the changing trends
in Chinese outbound tourism and in the Chinese government's
attempts at controlling it. Unveiling the newly released quality
label for welcoming Chinese visitors, he will explain why
quality differentiation is becoming increasingly important.
10:45-11:00 Providing hospitality for Chinese visitors
Rosita Yiu, Vice
President in charge of Accor Hotels' Asian sales for their
European properties, will present a hotelier's perspective on
the challenges in marketing accommodation in China and what
accommodation providers in Europe and the West should take into
consideration when reaching to this market.

of travel technology in China
When it comes to travel distribution technology,
Olivier Dombey is
the man to ask - having headed Pegasus Solutions' China and
Asian operations. He will present the present status of travel
technology acceptance and usage within the Chinese tourism
industry.
